I’ve performed on stages and contributed to choreography teams for theaters such as The MUNY, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and SpeakEasy Stage.
Born to a family of storytellers it became clear after my debut in The Wizard of Oz at age five that theatre and dance would be my way in. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, I trained and competed in competition dance during my grade school years and went on to receive my BFA in Musical Theater from The Boston Conservatory. After graduating I was happy to make my dad’s first home my second and set down roots in New York City where I am now based. Since becoming a proud member of Actor’s Equity Association and fostering my love of choreography while still in school, I’ve performed on stages and contributed to choreography teams for theaters such as The MUNY, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and SpeakEasy Stage.
I can be seen moderating Mean Girls Book Club
I am currently a member of the touring company first National Tour of Mean Girls. While on hiatus, I can be seen moderating Mean Girls Book Club on their social channels.I consider myself a citizen of the world having traveled to all seven continents. I’m eccentric in my love for Martinelli’s sparkling cider, bacon, and greeting cards. It is important for all who work with me to recognize and uplift my identity as a Black woman, as it is an inextricable part of who I am and all I do.
